Common questions.

What does a connected user mean?

A connected user is someone whose communication stream Attrove reads. Dashboard logins are not metered.

What counts as an AI query?

An AI query is a user or agent question over the communication stream. Webhook events, workflow updates, and indexing do not count.

Do you charge per connector, signal, webhook, or goal?

No. Goals can watch as many signals as the connected sources produce. The bill does not move because a Friday gets noisy.

What data sources does Attrove support?

Six live connectors: Gmail, Outlook, Slack, Google Calendar, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams. Push ingest covers the rest: messages, meetings, events, and notes from your CRM, tickets, or internal tools.

What happens if I exceed included usage?

Starter never auto-bills. If you hit the connected-user or AI-query limit, extra usage pauses until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade. Growth includes a grace window. If usage keeps running above plan limits, we contact you before any billing change.

Can we start with one scoped workflow?

Yes. Send one missed workflow and we will help scope the signal before you choose a plan.

Does Attrove send messages on my behalf?

No. Attrove reads, analyzes, and watches. It suggests the next move with proof attached; a person decides what to send. Live connector permissions are read-scoped today.

Is my data secure?

SOC 2 Type I. Connectors use scoped OAuth with no password capture, every answer ties back to a source record, and you can revoke any connected source from Attrove or your identity provider.
