## Definitions

- Connected user: someone whose communication stream Attrove reads. Dashboard logins are not metered.
- AI query: one question over the communication stream through the API, SDK, or MCP. Goal and Commitment evaluations, webhook events, sync, and indexing do not count.
- Workspace context: a Slack or Teams workspace-level connection.
- Workspace seat: a member covered by a workspace context.
- Goals, Commitments, evaluations, core sync, indexing, and webhook delivery are never metered.

## Security

SOC 2 Type I. Scoped OAuth with no password capture; every answer ties back
to a source record; users can revoke any connected source from Attrove or
their identity provider.
